Welcome Reception (5:30-7:30pm, July 2):
Gala Dinner (6:30-9:30pm, July 4):
It will be held at Rydges Hotel, Melbourne, 186 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 (please find attached map for exact location). It is only 8 to 10 minutes walking distance from our conference hotel Novotel Melbourne on Collins.
Melbourne Boat Cruise (10:45am-1:00pm, July 5):
It will be started from Banana Alley Wharf at 10:45am sharp (please find attached map for exact location) and ends at 1:00pm. Lunch will be provided on the boat cruise.
Penguin Parade Tour, Phillip Island (1:30pm-8:30pm, July 5):
We will meet the bus at 1:30pm sharp to start the tour in the Russell St Extension, the east side of Federation Square. The bus will be expected to return at 8:30pm in Melbourne city. Snacks will be provided in the Phillip Island tour. It would be really important for the conference delegates to keep/bring their winter coats and jackets for this tour. In Melbourne, the weather can change abruptly, so it is good to be prepared in advance. The average daily maximum temperature will be usually 14°C and the overnight drop to their lowest to 4°C.
